Each member of the J.T. Smith team plays a vital role in the success of our projects. Our professionals include development managers, vertical construction managers and the necessary support staff to ensure our projects run smoothly.
Jeff Smith founded J.T. Smith Companies in 1991 as a residential real estate land development company, and it continues to be his main focus. With over 30 years experience in the real estate field, he is flexible in many aspects of development, not only including residential land development, but also residential home building, commercial development and multi-family projects.
With Jeff’s vast experience in real estate, he has become a leading residential real estate developer in Oregon, providing his clients with quality products and projects in prime locations throughout the state. Jeff is a visionary, able to conceptualize the future of any neighborhood, building or community and determine its value years–even decades–beyond today’s world and economy.
Because Jeff understands that no two projects are the same, he approaches each with an open mind and a ready ability to gain all available knowledge of the area, circumstance and select value. All clients can be certain their needs will be met with sincerity and that Jeff will tailor his services to fit the current needs.
